Ontario’s New Home Warranty program administered by Tarion covers all new homes and existing warranted homes from high levels of Radon Gas effective March 25, 2013. Tarion Warranty covered homeowners can make a claim for mitigation of Radon Gas if within the seven year warranty term a new home tests at 200 Bq/m3 or above.
